The standard 1 bedroom is the perfect apartment for people on the go or for those who are budget conscious. These economical units come with central heat, central air, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer / dryer hook-ups, two double closets in the bedroom, and a covered porch. All one bedrooms are cable ready and come with one reserved parking spot. Pets weighing up to 25 pounds are welcome,

We are located on Highway 36 / Kingsport Highway, a quarter mile from its intersection with TN-75 / Bobby Hicks Highway. Johnson City is 1 mile south of us. The Tri-Cities airport is 4 miles east of us and interstate 26 is 2 miles west of us.
